How quickly can someone move in?
Timing depends on residence availability and care needs. When a suitable residence is open, assessment and move-in can often be completed within one to two weeks.
What is included in the monthly fee?
The base fee includes your private residence, three daily meals, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry, activities, transportation, utilities, and 24/7 emergency response. Personal care is priced by assessed support level.
Can couples live together?
Yes. Select one-bedroom residences can accommodate couples, including partners with different care needs.
Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
Medicare generally does not pay for assisted living room and board. We accept private pay and long-term care insurance; our advisor can explain current Medicaid availability and outside benefits.
Are pets welcome?
Small pets are welcome in assisted living after a simple review. We will talk through care arrangements and help determine what will work safely.
