Dietary Aide

About the role
Dining is one of the most important parts of daily life at Willowmere. Dietary Aides support the culinary team with plating, service, cleanliness, and resident hospitality during breakfast and lunch service.
What you’ll do
- Assist with meal plating, tray setup, and dining room service
- Follow dietary notes and plating preferences carefully
- Maintain clean, safe kitchen and dining spaces
- Support dishwashing, restocking, and opening/closing tasks
- Greet residents warmly and respond to mealtime requests
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
What you’ll bring
- Food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Attention to detail around allergies and special diets
- Friendly, team-oriented approach during busy service
- Availability for morning and midday shifts
